1. This promotion is open to all UK, CI, IOM and ROI residents aged 18 or over, except employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its agencies, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

2. To be eligible to enter, participants must first purchase Stanley products. (NI entrants see T&C 15). A till receipt dated between 14th April and 12th July 2008, inclusive will be required as proof of purchase. The date of the receipt needs to be before the winning text was sent and after the 14th April.

3. How to enter: Simply text STANLEY to 64446. Standard network charges apply but these texts will not be included within any "free" text packages. If you are lucky enough to be a winner you will be notified on your mobile phone within 3 days and be required to send in your till receipt with the purchase clearly shown, your name, address, home telephone number and your choice of shirt and size to: Get Your Kit Off promotion, HRG Bridgewater House, 4 Queensbridge, Northants, NN4 7BF. Please state if you wish for your receipt to be returned. For ROI and NI please refer to points 14 and 15.

4. One prize is available to be won every day for 90 days. Entries must be made between 14th April 2008 and 12th July 2008. Every day, throughout the promotional period, one winner will be selected at random from all entries received for that day. Please note, entries received after this date will not be entered, but your service provider will charge you for the text.

5. Promotion closes 12th July 2008.

6. The prize consists of a sports shirt (cricket, rugby, football ect.) in the current home or away team strip of the winner's choice, restrictions apply (UK and Ireland teams only). Subject to availability, shirts will be delivered within 28 days of selection by the winner. If the chosen shirt/size is unavailable, the winner will be re-contacted by telephone to advise on alternative shirt/size subject to availability.

7. Winners will be notified by telephone within 3 days of each draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 4 weeks the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to somebody else. Stanley will not be responsible for any inability to contact a prizewinner.

8. Entries are not restricted but only 1 prize per household for the duration of the promotion.

9. The decision of the promoter is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. No cash or other alternative prizes are available and the shirts will be only be posted direct to winners.

11. The winners may be required to participate in any publicity resulting from this promotion.

12. No responsibility will be accepted for any entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or incomplete in any way.

13. You can obtain the names and counties of the winners, by sending a SAE to Get Your Kit Off promotion, HRG Bridgewater House, 4 Queensbridge, Northants, NN4 7BF.

14. ROI only. If the entry drawn is from ROI the entrant will have to correctly answer a skill based question in order to win their prize.

15. For entry without purchase in Northern Ireland only, residents will not be required to provide a till receipt. For an equal chance of winning please text STANLEY to 64446. Only one entry per person per day allowed.
